A Ministry of City Harvest Church

Founded in 2009 under the leadership of Pastor Obed Rauf, the City College of Missions is a Bible college dedicated to equipping and training men and women for the work of God’s Kingdom. As a project of City Harvest Church, the college has, by the grace of God, trained hundreds of students across Pakistan, as well as in Europe and America, who are now faithfully serving in churches, ministries, and Christian organizations. Many have planted their own churches, ministries, or NGOs, carrying the Gospel to places where it is most needed.

Our Story

Since our beginning in 2009, City College of Missions has grown into a trusted center of biblical training. Over the years, hundreds of students have successfully earned certificates, diplomas, and degrees in Theology and Ministry, equipping them to serve God’s Kingdom with excellence both locally and internationally.

Our Mission

Our mission is to make quality biblical training available to every believer who carries a passion for God’s work and a clear calling to ministry. We believe financial barriers should never prevent someone from fulfilling God’s calling, which is why our programs have always emphasized affordability and accessibility, often supported by scholarships and free training opportunities.

 Our Goal

The ultimate purpose of City College of Missions is to raise up effective ministers of the Gospel who can reach millions with the message of Jesus Christ. We are committed to training disciples in the most effective and least expensive way possible so that no one is hindered from entering the harvest field.

Our Faith

We remain a missionary endeavor, trusting the Lord to meet the needs of this ministry through His miraculous provision. As we continue, we believe that every student who comes to City College of Missions is a testimony of God’s faithfulness and calling.
