The Need for True Discipleship
As we look at today’s church, we see the reality described in Revelation 3 — where many believers are neither hot nor cold. The Church has grown in number and resources but lost the deep passion and obedience that once defined the early disciples. Through this program, we aim to rekindle the spiritual fire among pastors and leaders, helping them rediscover the biblical call to make disciples who truly follow Christ in every aspect of life.
This journey is not just about learning — it’s about transformation that begins within and spreads to families, churches, and communities.
Online Discipleship Training Program
The Online Discipleship Training Program is a comprehensive yet concise biblical training designed to equip pastors, leaders, and believers for effective discipleship, ministry, and counselling. This program is built on the Great Commission in Matthew 28:19–20, where Jesus commands His Church to go, make disciples, teach, and build people in faith. Discipleship is at the heart of God’s desire for His children, and our goal is to help Christians mature spiritually and learn to disciple others with a clear vision, strategy, and plan.
The course begins with two foundational and highly informative books, starting with “Discipleship Takes Vision and Strategy,” helping you develop a strong biblical understanding of discipleship and how to implement it in your church and personal ministry. From there, you will study the foundation of Christian faith, learning core biblical concepts with theological and practical clarity. After these foundations, the program moves into one of the most crucial ministry areas: family ministry, focusing on Marriage and Parenting—because we believe strong families strengthen ministry and empower the preaching of the Gospel.

All classes are taught online by Pastor Obed Rauf (Dean & Teacher, Pakistan) through Google Meet, and you will receive access to class recordings. Every book is provided in simple and clear Urdu (PDF format), making learning easy and practical for Urdu-speaking students worldwide.
This training program is 100% FREE — no tuition fee, and all books, audio, and video resources are provided free of cost, so there is no barrier to learning and growing in ministry and counselling.

Equipping Leaders, Empowering Churches
In partnership with Family Discipleship Ministries (USA), City Harvest Church is launching a 7-Month Discipleship Training Program to train and equip pastors and leaders in effective discipleship. Each month, participants will attend a 4-hour intensive seminar featuring local and international speakers. These sessions will provide biblical, practical, and spiritual tools to help leaders live out and multiply true discipleship within their ministries.
This program is designed for those who desire to grow deeper in faith, strengthen their leadership, and fulfill the Great Commission with renewed purpose.
