The Prison Ministry of City Harvest Church stands as a beacon of hope, restoration, and redemption for those who have walked through the darkest chapters of life. Under the compassionate leadership of Rev. Obed Rauf, Senior Pastor of City Harvest Church, and in collaboration with Brother Sohail Emmanuel, the dedicated Director of Prison Ministry, this outreach is bringing light into some of the most forgotten and broken places of our society — the prisons.

Carrying God’s Light into the Darkest Places
Through prayerful dedication and consistent outreach, the Prison Ministry reaches out to Christian prisoners and ex-prisoners, offering them a second chance to rebuild their lives upon the firm foundation of Jesus Christ. This ministry doesn’t just visit inmates — it walks with them through their journey of repentance, healing, and reintegration into society as renewed believers and responsible citizens.

The team conducts regular visits to prisons, bringing the Word of God, worship, prayer, and fellowship into the cells — places where hope often feels lost. Alongside spiritual nourishment, City Harvest Church extends compassion in action through clothing drives, food distributions, and rehabilitation support for ex-prisoners who are starting over. Every act of kindness is a declaration that no one is too lost for God’s grace and no prison wall can stop His love.
